You've heard these, now you'll commit to them.
Spiritual time happens at the beginning or the end off the day. It either starts your day, or ends it on the right note.
No pornography allowed for the entire month. It is a cancer and does nothing constructive.
No yelling at your family. If you do, acknowledge and apologize. Then move on.
No bad mouthing your spouse to anyone. You'll spend this month lifting her up.
