Day 1
Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.
Complete one of your four weekly lifts from Les' training guide, or if you've already hit four this week, do 30 minutes of any physical activity — walk, run, bike, whatever gets you moving
Tell a friend you're proud of who they are and thankful they're in your life.
Make sure she goes to bed on time and stay up an extra 15 minutes after your wife and do the dishes and clean the kitchen so she wakes up to a clean kitchen.
