Day 10
Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.
Complete one of your four weekly lifts from Les' training guide, or if you've already hit four this week, do 30 minutes of any physical activity — walk, run, bike, whatever gets you moving.
Read 10 pages or listen to a podcast of something that is going to improve your life. Try and make it something relevant to thoughts you’ve been having so far in this challenge.
Spend an hour with your family with your phone locked away in another room. Preferably outside if you can. Grill some food, pour your wife a glass of wine, play some catch.
