Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.

Think of something small that you do that might annoy your wife and she just doesn't say anything about it. Try to be more cognizant of those things and work to eliminate them
Spend 20 minutes after work doing something that your kids want, fully directed by them. Tell them at the end of it that you really enjoyed spending the time with them and say thank you to them.
