Reach out to someone that has positively impacted your life. Be that a mentor, a parent, someone on social media that you know is going to see it- let someone know that they’re moving in the right direction and that they’re helping you do the same.
Do something around the house that your wife has been asking you to do for awhile but been avoiding.
