Day 14

Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.

You’re two weeks in. Write something in your notes app that you feel like has improved for you so far in this project and something you’re wanting to work on for the rest of the month.

Take the kids when they wake up and go get breakfast for the family. Grab some donuts, biscuits, whatever everyone likes but is going to make the morning easy and give your kids the memory of getting something with their dad to start the day.
