Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.
Complete one of your four weekly lifts from Les' training guide, or if you've already hit four this week, do 30 minutes of any physical activity — walk, run, bike, whatever gets you moving.
Do something today that will get you closer to the man you want to be in five years. Could be small, could be gigantic, but take a step in the direction that you want to go.
Ask your kid(s) what their favorite family memory is and tell them about yours.
