Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.
Complete one of your four weekly lifts from Les' training guide, or if you've already hit four this week, do 30 minutes of any physical activity — walk, run, bike, whatever gets you moving.
Get on Amazon or go into your local bookstore and buy a book written by a man that you admire or appreciate the thoughts of. Make sure it’s delivered to you this week.
Tell your wife that she looks beautiful. Don’t text her. Tell her before she leaves for work or the second that you see her after. Tell her you think about her all of the time.
