Day 24

Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.

Reference the workout guide from Les for your Day 24 workout.

Think about your father or grandfather for five minutes. Think about the great things they did, and the bad things. Now think about yourself in the same framing. Focus the rest of the month on doing the things that would make your children proud to call you dad 20 years from now.

Sit down as a family and look at old photos together. Let your kids ask questions about where they came from. Tell them something about your family's story that they don't know yet.
