Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.
Complete one of your four weekly lifts from Les' training guide, or if you've already hit four this week, do 30 minutes of any physical activity — walk, run, bike, whatever gets you moving.
Do something this week that your grandfather would have respected. Something with your hands, something that required patience, something that produced something real.
Take your kids to meet or spend time with the oldest living person in your family this week. Let them sit in the same room as their history. If it has to be FaceTime with a distant relative, that is perfectly fine.
