Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.

Complete one of your four weekly lifts from Les' training guide, or if you've already hit four this week, do 30 minutes of any physical activity — walk, run, bike, whatever gets you moving.

Write a one paragraph answer to this question: one hundred years from now, when no one who knew you personally is still alive, what is the one thing that will still exist because of how you lived?

Tell your kids about your favorite childhood memories and tell them how those have shaped your mind today.
