Reach out to three men that you know could do better at being intentional at home. If it feels pertinent, let them know what you've been up to and offer them some encouragement.

Tonight, however your evening looks, make sure your wife knows she is seen. Cook if you can, order her favorite if you can't, pick something up on the way home if that's all there is time for. The meal isn't the point—the intention behind it is. Pour her a drink, sit down together, and tell your family before you eat that you're grateful for them. Mean every word of it.
