Day 5

Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.

Complete one of your four weekly lifts from Les' training guide, or if you've already hit four this week, do 30 minutes of any physical activity — walk, run, bike, whatever gets you moving.

Write down 3 things that you genuinely like about who you are as a husband and father. Not accomplishments, but traits that you have and are proud of how you live them out.

Write your wife a handwritten note telling her one specific thing that you love about her.
