Day 8

Spend 10 minutes praying or meditating to start your day.

Complete one of your four weekly lifts from Les' training guide, or if you've already hit four this week, do 30 minutes of any physical activity — walk, run, bike, whatever gets you moving.

Text a friend that you know is going through a hard time right now. Give him some encouragement and ask how he's doing.

Put your phone in a drawer for the first hour that your whole family is together. Full focus on them.
